Studio Tonic designs a modular showroom for FORTIS Watches that can be easily transformed into an event space.

In Grenchen, FORTIS Watches AG proudly presents its new showroom – a modularly designed space that can effortlessly transform into an event venue.

Showroom and event space in one

Nothing here is standard. In close collaboration with FORTIS and its designer, Studio Tonic has crafted a showroom that serves not only as an exhibition area but also as an event space. All elements are mobile, modular, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

Integrated state-of-the-art technology

The five towers showcasing FORTIS watch families display details about the watches on an integrated screen, while the History Wall featuring all FORTIS watches can transform into a canvas. The rear wall serves both as a partition and a presentation surface, and the bar counter provides not only space for socializing but also integrated drawers for additional storage.

Design and planning by Studio Tonic

In line with the inspiration drawn from the monolith, a cohesive showroom has emerged, dominated by the color black, especially with powder-coated metal. Besides sophisticated design, modern technology, and an array of light sources, statics posed a particular challenge for our designers and planners, especially concerning the five towers, which received special attention.

For production and assembly, we successfully leveraged the expertise of our partner company, Obrist interior AG.
